Welcome, Sistar

Me, mid-cookie: because honestly, life’s way too short not to savor the sweet stuff. Balance is important, but joy is essential! So today and everyday forward, I’m choosing both.
My journey has always been rooted in performance and imagination. From the time I was little, I loved creating characters, slipping into new worlds, and bringing stories to life. That passion grew into a career as an actor, professional mermaid, voiceover artist, and performance capture talent. Basically, if it involves performing and transforming, I’ve probably tried it!
But the path of an entertainer isn’t always magical. I’ve faced the same challenges so many women in this industry know too well: the constant pressure to look a certain way, the “you’re not pretty enough” or “skinny enough” comments, the fear of rejection, and even the pain of harassment. For years, I let those experiences chip away at my confidence, and I watched other talented artists abandon their dreams because of the same wounds.
Through my own healing and self-discovery, I came to realize something: the true magic of performance isn’t about fitting into someone else’s mold. It’s about courage: the courage to use your voice, stand in your truth, and express yourself fully and unapologetically.
That realization is what inspired me to create spaces where actors and creatives can reconnect to their spark. Spaces where play, imagination, and confidence aren’t just performance tools, but powerful parts of everyday life.
Whether I’m swimming as a mermaid, voicing a wild creature, or guiding others through a retreat, my mission is the same: to help performers feel safe, supported, and empowered to shine. Because the treasure isn’t the role you land or the stage you stand on, it’s the brilliance you carry within.
After years of reflection and resilience, I now embrace my identity not only as a performer, but as a guide for others on their creative and healing journeys. And I am here to remind every artist: you don’t have to shrink to shine.

My Mission
My mission is layered, but at its core, it’s simple: I am here to help women heal from their trauma, step into their power, and shine without apology.
Part of this journey is dismantling the narrow idea of what makes a “good” or “bad” actor. To me, the fullness of an actress: her light and her shadows, is what makes her magnetic. By embracing every part of ourselves, we can transform the magic within and share it with the world, one performance at a time.
Over the years, I’ve studied with incredible mentors, stumbled through trial and error, and discovered that true artistry isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth: living in it, protecting it, and bringing it bravely to the stage or screen. But as women in this industry, we know the road is harder. Fewer opportunities. Fewer chances to be valued for our craft. And all too often, our worth is measured against standards we didn’t create.
I know what it feels like to be unseen, unheard, and unsure of your place. To cry in solitude, doubting your gifts, while still feeling the fire of possibility inside you. That ache taught me something important: my mission isn’t just about my own success. It’s about making sure no woman ever feels alone in that pain.
I want to be the voice beside you when doubt creeps in. The reminder that you are not “too much” or “not enough.” The guide who helps you stand taller, shine brighter, and reclaim your power with strength and love.
Because you don’t need to wait until you feel ready. You just need to be reminded of the treasure you already are. Together, we’ll navigate the shadows, embrace the light, and step fully into the spotlight you were always meant to own.
A Little About My Journey
When I first fell in love with the world of entertainment, I was just a kid. Friday nights at Blockbuster or Hollywood Video were pure magic! Wandering the aisles, picking out movies, and then disappearing into those worlds all weekend with my family. That spark of storytelling lit something deep in me, and I knew in my heart of hearts: this is what I’m meant to do.
So I chased that calling. I studied theatre and dance, acted in school plays, and scoured the library shelves (back before Google had all the answers) for every book I could find on acting. I was hooked! Not just on the idea of performing, but on the power of stories to transport, heal, and inspire.
But stepping into this industry as a woman came with its own struggles. There’s the constant push and pull: stick with it, quit, come back, doubt yourself, try again. You hear the voices: “You’re not good enough. You’ll never make it.” And after a while, you start to wonder if they’re right. I’ve been there. I’ve cried those tears. I’ve sat with the ache of wanting this more than anything, while secretly asking myself: Maybe I’m just not cut out for it.
I spent years floundering… taking the classes, getting the headshots, doing all the “right” things and still feeling stuck. But instead of giving up, I chose another path. I went deeper.
I turned inward. I started self-healing. I went on retreats, studied mindset, became a certified life coach and NLP practitioner. I invested in my body and health, earning certifications in personal training and nutrition. And what I discovered is this: being a fulfilled, confident actor takes more than just training your craft. It requires training your spirit.
Somewhere along the way, people began telling me I had a gift, not just for performing, but for bringing out the best in others. And I realized… that’s part of my calling too. To help other women like me. Women with a fire for performance, but also the weight of doubt, fear, and “not enough-ness.”
Because here’s the truth: you don’t have to choose between being a great actress and being whole. You get to be both.
