Too often, burnout, self-doubt, and the pressure to “figure it all out” can block us from creating at our highest level. That’s why I created these retreats:
To offer a space where creatives can breathe, reset, and be reminded of the magic they hold inside.
I took an impromptu retreat to Arizona once. I booked the flight, signed up, and just went. That one decision awakened something in me I hadn’t felt in years. I connected with people who were dreaming big like me, and for the first time, I saw myself clearly, not who the world told me to be… but who I truly was. Not at all. These retreats are open to all bodies, all ages (18+), and all experience levels. Whether you're stepping into a tail for the first time or a pro at posing underwater, you’ll be celebrated exactly as you are.
For the mermaid retreats, basic comfort in water is helpful but not required. Many of our shoots take place in shallow areas, and we have safety support and guidance on hand at all times.
Yes! Some of our acting retreats include on-set filming opportunities, IMDB credits, and the chance to participate in festival-submitted short films. Others focus on training, mindset, branding, and wellness.
