- Set up a space (even just a corner) where nothing is expected of you.
- Light a candle or place a grounding object (shell, crystal, soft fabric).
- Sit there for 10 minutes. No phone. No expectations. Just being. Whatever you do, do not touch that phone. Put it on silent if you need to, or keep it in another room for the time being.
This is the starting point to reclaiming your energy.
